Rest Day

Okay, since it's rest day, I thought I'd ask you all a question. I am 'on the zone' right now, but I'm finding it REALLY hard to eat my protein. I am not a huge fan of meat and eggs and I am starting to get tired of protein shakes and cheese. Is there anything you guys do or know of  to help me out?

Hey Leanna as Jill said tuna and salmon are excellent protein sources. If you want to increase your performance you will definitely need your protein. In fact more than say intaking dairy like cheese.

Try different meats like chicken, turkey, bison etc. If you want some REAL good performance dig in and find several things you really enjoy. You have heard me say we are carnivores by design.

It all depends how committed you are, anything is possible why train so hard and sabotage it all with crappy food?

Find 3 things and have some fun. Enjoy your food.
