Front Squat: 100 x3  110 x3 115x3 125x2
Split Jerk: 95x2  105x2 110 x2 115 x2         
115 was my PR and I got it twice! :)

Then, 10-10-10 Ab Wheels 
Weighted pullups  15lbs 2 sets of 2
8-8-8 GHD's

Lots of fun, squats and split jerks felt good. Can't wait to find out what my new Split Jerk PR is!
