April 8

7 rounds of:
200m row
5 deadlifts
1 rope climb
7 dips

Today's was a tough one, but I still think yesterdays was harder. The row and the dips were the hardest for me. I managed to do all the dips (not just working negatives) on the dipping station. They weren't pretty, and I'm sure many of them weren't full range of motion, but I'm still happy. I'm pretty sure that's the most dips I've ever done during one workout. Needless to say, all of them were singles, which affected my time a LOT. I think I ended at around 27:20? I didn't look at the clock right after, so it's more of a guess. I'm putting it down as    27:20-ish

Nice work Leanna! That's awesome about your dips. You will just keep getting stronger with them. Just don't go back to the bench now. Tell yourself I've done 49 real dips and now the bench must be retired! Next up...the rings! You rock missy!:)

Thanks guys, about the dips. Yes that bench has seen the last of me. OMG I am so excited!! Mia's back? For real?!!! Holy mother that is SWEET!!!!!
