Apr. 29

9 rounds of:
7 SDHP  65#
7 pullups
7 kettle bell swings
7 KTE's

Time: 17:23

This one felt pretty good.  I had a pretty good pace going, I had to break up my SDHP's during the final rounds. They were feeling very heavy. It was more of a mental wod, I had to keep myself focused and keep from taking chalk breaks. Damn chalk :P

Too funny you should mention chalk breaks....I too am guilty of that in the past.

I laugh because of what I just read over the weekend on the main site: Worth the read, but #14 is relavant to this post.

"14. You don't need as much chalk as you think. You keep rechalking because you're a spaz and the bar is scaring you."

LOL thanks guys. Jeff that is an awesome link. I laughed so hard when I read it ! haha

I noticed after the wod that the girls two bars had a LOT of chalk on it, and the guys had none. Jesse said it was because we (more like I) chalked up as a rest, which I denied 100% until I started thinking about it... :)
