This workout was nuts. it messed me right up. Instead of focusing on the 11 rounds, i just kept thinking 5 more reps. That helped big time. Burpees were hard, the pistols felt good but were slow. I think I could of managed them on the ground, but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to finish and didn't want to have to switch to the box half way through. Next time I think I'll try them on the ground.
My time.. funny story. I looked at the time, walked over to my piece of paper, marked down my last round, picked up my water and went outside. TOTALLY forgot to write the time down. I was so messed up... on the last two rounds I could hardly remember which exercises I had done. I had an order I was following but that all went to hell. I can't wait to hear everyone's thoughts on this one. I, for one, know I am going to be sore tomorrow.

I saw you messed up, that was something eh? Oh those one legged squats!!!
Great session. Not to re-open a wound but it would have been interesting to see your time, sorry to say it.
I think my time was around the 30 minute mark.. maybe a bit less.
