June 4

5 rounds of 1-3 push jerk with 105#
2 rounds of 1-4 turkish get up with 30#
1-10-1 elevated pushups

The push jerks were tough, especially on the three reps. After the second one I'd start getting dizzy and really had to concentrate in order to get that sucker up. 

The elevated pushups were hard as hell, but we got through them. It took us a while (chad and me) but we got 'er done :)
