30 squats @ 120 lbs   broken into sets of 5
20 situps between each set

Weighted pullups    BW-10-15-20-25 (got 3/4 way up)-25 fail - 20 

Felt great today, the squats were tough. The weight wasn't too difficult, the hardest part was keeping my technique right. Weighted pullups were fun, at the end though my arms were getting tired. I think if I would of tried 25 lbs first, I could have got it.
