This one was tough, but manageable. The rower got me breathing heavy and holy crap, my arms felt so week today! The push presses sucked! Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

It's good to be back! I am feeling the vaca, but I'm gunna keep training hard to get back to normal. I was strict on the zone today, and am planning on keeping it that way. I think I'll go for a nice protein shake right now. Gnight all :)
