subbed shitty stationary dips with my toes behind me on a box to take some of the weight off my arms, for ring dips and 15lb thrusters for wall ball.
Time was just under 19 minutes.
I'm pissed about missing class.. still have to get into the jive of my new schedule.
That was an awesome blaster, my heart is still pounding. I'm soaking in sweat now, just waiting for the water to heat up for my shower :)
