Eh Leanna, don't worry your not alone in the sucking ass department. Don't let it get you down though, Crossfit will always be there. Its not going anywhere and pushing through before your ready will only set you back more. goes easy girl just enjoy the easy WODS because you'll be back in the Storm before you know it! the Games are are a long time away and you'll be ready as will I!
