Sept 28

Today Michelle, Sterling and their daughters came over for a quick wod.

Push/Split Jerk 5-5-5-5-5
my weights looked like this:
85-95-105-105-110x3

My technique felt good, although the last two reps of each set I usually had to fight for. I used the wrist straps which felt amazing!! They helped a lot.

We had a good time hanging out, it was great to see Sterling's back feeling better.
