Back squats went like this: 115, 125, 130, 135. The last rep of 135 wasn't quite deep enough though. I was still happy, 145 is my PR and I am weighing in at about 133 give or take. Squatting more than my body weight is always a mental battle for me for some reason.
I got four rounds in the ten minutes.. I went a bit over the time to finish my last round though. I subbed muscle ups for 6 pullups and 6 feet elevated bench dips (grrrrr) everything else was as perscribed.
It felt good to go hard again! I'm almost back to normal!! So close :)!

Good to see you're back lil miss ! I am trying to make it to the 4h30 class if I can get the darn website to run so I can confirm there IS a 4h30 class !
